President & Closer
Beth Ami is the proud owner and president of BayMark Online, a company she founded in 2006 with a vision to provide exceptional service and expertise in the real estate industry. Born and raised in Montgomery, AL, Beth Ami discovered her passion for real estate at the age of 16, working for a real estate title attorney through a high school opportunity. This early experience set the stage for a lifelong career in title and escrow, residential mortgage lending, commercial lending, and banking, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the entire real estate industry.
In 2002, Beth Ami moved to Memphis and began managing a local title company. Just a few years later, her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence led her to establish BayMark Online. Under her leadership, the company has grown into a trusted partner for clients across Tennessee and Mississippi, known for delivering unparalleled customer service and ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
Beth Ami is married to her husband, Scott Young, and they are incredibly proud of their son, Scotty, who is currently playing college baseball at Southwest Tennessee Community College. Scotty’s dedication to academics and athletics continues to inspire and bring joy to the family.

Additionally, Emily is licensed as a Real Estate Closer through the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Business Development Executive
Jason Reed is a Business Development Executive with over 9 years of experience specializing in B2B growth strategies across the SaaS and fintech sectors. Based in Dallas, Texas, Jason began his career as a business development representative at Salesforce, where he learned to thrive in highly competitive, fast-paced environments.
Jason is known for identifying market trends, cultivating high-level partnerships, and expanding revenue streams through strategic outreach. He combines deep market research with data analytics to drive expansion into untapped verticals, consistently exceeding growth targets and KPIs.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, is a Certified Business Development Expert (CBDE), and has completed the HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification. These qualifications support his modern, tech-enabled approach to business development and client acquisition.

Pre-Closer
Sophia Martinez is an experienced Pre-Closer based in Miami, Florida, with over 7 years in the real estate and legal support space. She began her career working as a legal assistant in a title company, where she developed a passion for accuracy and compliance in transactional processes.
Her responsibilities include reviewing contracts, assembling closing packages, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met prior to settlement. Known for her precision, Sophia provides a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike by keeping every detail organized and on schedule.
Sophia earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Miami Dade College, and she is a Certified Pre-Closing Specialist (CPCS). She also holds a Florida Real Estate Administrative Compliance Certificate, which enhances her expertise in legal documentation and state-specific regulations.
